Hair must be clean and detangled before your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late incur a $15 late fee; after 30 minutes the appointment is automatically canceled. Last-minute appointments are subject to a $20 fee. Style changes must be communicated before your appointment, not during. If you're feeling sick, please reschedule.
