PressureStylesBy.P acts as the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our booking process.

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
• Booking details — service requested, preferred date and time, notes, inspiration photos you upload.
• Payment details — handled directly by our Merchant of Record (see Section 5). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and basic usage data collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

• Provide the booking service — to confirm and prepare your appointment. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Process payments — for any services paid through this site. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Customer support — to respond to questions and confirm details. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Security and fraud prevention — to protect the site and our customers. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Legal compliance — to meet tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements. Legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd. — Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, manages billing, calculates and remits tax, issues invoices, and handles refund requests on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for running this website and storing booking records.
• Professional advisers (accounting, legal) where reasonably necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Paddle, may process data outside Bermuda (including in the United Kingdom, EU, and United States). Where this happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Payment records held by Paddle are retained per their own policies.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; ask for portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable providers — to protect personal data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.
