1. About us

These Terms govern your use of this website and the booking and styling services provided by PressureStylesBy.P ("PressureStylesBy.P", "we", "us"), based in Pembroke, Bermuda. By using the site or booking an appointment you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide in-person hair styling services (ponytails, braids, and related add-ons) from our studio. Quoted prices may vary based on hair length, density, and the final style agreed at consultation.

3. Bookings

Appointments are confirmed by PressureStylesBy.P after your request is reviewed. Late arrivals and last-minute changes are subject to the fees listed on our Book page.

4. Payments — Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for details on requesting a refund. Refund requests are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or our services. In particular, you must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• attempt to probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security of the site;
• upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the PressureStylesBy.P name, logo, photography, styling, and copy — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Customer responsibilities

• Hair must arrive clean and detangled.
• Style changes must be communicated before your appointment, not during.
• If you are feeling sick, please reschedule.
• You must provide accurate booking details and keep them up to date.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the site available and bookings running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Appointments are subject to confirmation and stylist availability.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the booking system or refuse service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, abusive behaviour toward staff, or repeated policy violations.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bermuda, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bermuda courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
